Terms of Service
Last updated: March 22, 2026
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using MadLoader — including the website (madloader.net) and the desktop application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What MadLoader is
MadLoader is a free, community-driven library that indexes and distributes game modification files ("mods") created by third parties. We do not develop, own, or affiliate with the games listed, nor with the game publishers or developers. Mods are intended for personal, non-commercial, offline or private-server use only.
Acceptable use
You agree to use MadLoader only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use mods to harass, threaten, or harm other players in online games where cheating is prohibited.
- Redistribute or resell mods obtained through MadLoader for profit.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the MadLoader API or download infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to flood or degrade the availability of the service for other users.
- Misrepresent MadLoader as an official product of any game publisher or developer.
Your responsibility
Using game mods — especially in online games — may violate the terms of service of the game in question and may result in bans or account penalties imposed by the game publisher. You use mods at your own risk. MadLoader is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of mods, including account bans, data loss, or hardware issues.
Intellectual property
The MadLoader brand, logo, website design, and application code are the property of MadLoader and may not be reproduced without written permission. Mod files indexed by MadLoader remain the property of their respective creators. If you are a mod author and wish your content removed, contact us and we will comply promptly.
Disclaimer of warranties
MadLoader is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. All mod files are community-sourced; while we virus-scan them, we cannot guarantee absolute safety. Always exercise caution when running third-party software.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MadLoader and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service or any mod obtained through it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of MadLoader after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
